Professionalism is extremely important to me, and just as important I try my best to role model for my educators in my centre. Together we are a team, working beside one another, with one another and supporting one another. Which is the same philosophy, care, and support we provide our children and their families.
My ECE education journey has given me many lens to look through: children, families, co-educators, college instructors and class mates, courses, workshops, webinars, licensing inspections and guidance, community services side by side collaborations, government websites, government programs and incentives have all contributed to my learnings and the knowledge I have gained today. Knowledge I can pass along to my centres educators.
